I am pleased to say that the freezing process which was done on my chainsaw chains has helped prolong the life of the chains. Normally, the new chains would have required sharpening with the amount of wood I have cut yet they perform like they are still new. I have been using them over twice the normal amount now and still have not had to sharpen my cryogenically treated chains.
